Why the second round became the whole practice
Machineintelligence began after years of watching strong first-round candidates lose ground in the next conversation — not because they lacked skill, but because pressure shortened their answers, softened their endings, or pushed them into stiff, over-prepared speech.
Based in Rheinland-Pfalz and working with clients across Germany, we treat employment consulting as concrete rehearsal: mock panels, presence drills, and narrative shaping tied to the actual invitation in your calendar.
How we work with clients
Sessions are direct. We will tell you when an answer sounds defensive, when a story needs a clearer decision point, and when you are filling silence that should stay empty. Praise without specifics does not help you in a German second round.
We coach in German, English, or a planned mix that mirrors your panel. We do not sell personality makeovers, guaranteed offers, or introductions to hiring managers. The relationship stays professional and time-bound around the interview ahead of you.
