What can change an estimate
In-person sessions near Hinterweiler may add travel time billed at an agreed hourly rate. Compressed timelines (interview within five days) sometimes require evening slots; we will say so before you confirm. Combined packages — for example narrative clinic plus confidence coaching — are priced as a written quote so you are not paying for overlapping intake twice.
What we do not charge for
The first reply to your enquiry, a short fit check on whether coaching makes sense for your timeline, and cancellation within the windows described on our refunds page follow those terms — we do not add surprise “booking fees.”
