1. Acceptance

By using this website or booking coaching with Machineintelligence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

2. Services described

Machineintelligence provides employment consulting in the form of confidence-building coaching for second-round interviews and related preparation sessions. Descriptions on this site are informational. A coaching engagement begins only when dates and fees are confirmed in writing by email.

3. No employment or outcome guarantee

Coaching improves preparation and delivery. We do not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, salary results, or introductions to employers.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, cue-sheet structures, and original coaching materials remain the property of Machineintelligence. You may keep personal notes and materials prepared for your interview. You may not resell, republish, or run group programmes using our materials without written permission.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about interview timing and language, to attend sessions punctually, and not to record sessions without prior written consent from all participants.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Machineintelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from coaching, including lost offers or employment decisions by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

7. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your place of residence.
