Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility overview

Fees apply to scheduled coaching time and preparation reserved for you. Refunds depend on notice timing and whether sessions have already been delivered.

Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before the first reserved session: full refund of fees paid for undelivered sessions, minus any non-refundable deposit if one was agreed in writing.
• Between 72 and 24 hours before a session: 50% refund for that session, or one free reschedule into a free slot within 14 days.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: session fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once per booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Further reschedules may be billed as a new session if calendar pressure requires holding multiple holds.

Packages

For multi-session packages (such as second-round confidence coaching), completed sessions are charged at the package’s per-session equivalent. Unused future sessions follow the cancellation windows above. After the first session has begun, the intake preparation time is non-refundable.

Deposits

When a deposit is required to hold a short-notice interview week, the confirmation email will state whether that deposit is credited to the final fee and whether any portion is non-refundable after a stated date.

Work already started

Custom cue sheets and written feedback already prepared for a session that you cancel late remain yours to keep; the associated fee for that preparation is not refunded when cancellation falls inside the non-refundable window.

Materials

We do not sell physical product kits. Digital worksheets shared during coaching are included in session fees and are not separately refundable once delivered.

Cancellation by Machineintelligence

If we must cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within a reasonable time, you receive a full refund for that session.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under German law remain unaffected. Documented medical emergencies may be considered case by case for goodwill rescheduling beyond the standard windows.
