Session map

A clear path through second-round coaching — so you know what each meeting is for before you book.

Employment consulting at Machineintelligence is organised as a map, not a mystery programme. Most candidates following the flagship confidence coaching move through the phases below. Shorter offers (panel lab, offer-stage hour) borrow pieces of the same map.

Phase 01

Intake & first-round archaeology

You send the job description, invitation details, and whatever you remember from round one. We sort settled topics from open risks and choose three stories that can carry a German second-round panel.

Phase 02

Presence baseline

A recorded or live warm-up answer set. We mark pacing, endings, and physical tells — shoulders, breath, smile-through-serious-questions — without turning the session into theatre class.

Phase 03

Pressure mocks

Two full second-round simulations with interruptions, silence, and follow-ups. Language matches your panel. Debriefs rank the three moments that most need another rep.

Phase 04

Day-of cue sheet

A one-page sequence: arrival, opening line, recovery phrase, closing question. Light enough to remember when adrenaline rises.

Phase 05

After-action window

Within forty-eight hours of the interview you may send notes. We reply with a short read on what to keep for a possible final round or offer talk.

Where this map leads

If the map matches what you need, start with second-round confidence coaching. If your interview is days away, jump to the panel rehearsal lab and we will compress phases 02–04.
