Our coaching keeps the focus on your real stories — project trade-offs, a difficult stakeholder, a hiring choice you would make — and trains the delivery so nerves do not flatten your voice or rush your endings.
Sessions are paced for working adults between rounds. We do not invent a personality for you. We reduce the physical tells of anxiety, expand the answers that run too short under pressure, and give you recovery language when a question lands sideways. If your interview is in German, English, or a mix, we match that language in the mocks.
